Parcel Delivery

Parcels are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receiving your payment, but this applies only to products that are in stock.

For products that require custom manufacturing, such as personalized stickers, specific decorations, or work related to reproducing vintage vehicle decorations, please allow 8 to 15 days for production, followed by 48 hours for transport, or 5 days for international shipments or those outside of France in Europe.

The countdown for the production period starts upon the validation of digital proofs for custom-made products.

The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked delivery within 48 hours ( 5 à 6 days for international or out of france in Europe), with delivery against signature and insurance included.

For parcels that exceed a certain weight or dimensions, a carrier like DHL or DPD will be used.

Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your parcel online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, postage, and insurance. The parcels are oversized and well-protected.

Returns:
Upon receiving your parcel, please check its condition. If you notice that the parcel is in poor condition, has been tampered with, or its contents are incomplete, you must refuse the parcel from your carrier and mention the reasons for refusal. If necessary, note "Subject to inspection" with the carrier if the parcel is damaged.

The parcel will be returned to us, and we will commit to resending the item(s) as soon as possible.
